Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me at grantwriterfred@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your item.  I will work with you to resolve any issues quickly.  I reserve the right to issue a full or partial refund, or issue store credit, depending on each individual situation.

Please do not return any items until directed to by the Moosehead Slate Company.  Thank you.
